- At this time, Alliance Renewable Energy, Inc ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Alliance Renewable Energy, Inc ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
For selected batteries, you have the option of ordering for bulk shipment from the factory, or from our inventory in the US. In both cases domestic shipping must be arranged and costed separately.
Batteries ordered with the option FOB Plant in China will get to you 6-8 weeks after you order. Choose the "Standard" shipping option. The ocean freight shipping, port fees and duties to get the product to the US are added to your order. Please call or email our offices at (650) 513-1658 to get a quotation for domestic shipping from the customs depot to your location in the US.
Batteries ordered with the option FOB US Warehouse will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of funds. Please call or email our offices to arrange for domestic shipping from our warehouse to your location in the US.
